Woocommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us

any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product,
including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any

On-line purchasing and
shipping policy:

Prices listed on our website are exclusive to on-line purchases only. All
orders must be paid for in advance by credit card. We accept all major
credit cards. 

Shipping Charges and handling charges, if any, are determined by
the weight and size of your items, number of packages, your delivery zip code
and shipment origin. The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of
your transaction. For a shipping estimate, please add the desired product to
your cart.

We will email you both when we receive your order and when it is
shipped. If you do not receive an email then your order did not get to us.

Our preferred shipping carrier is Fed Ex. We may use the services
of other major shipping carriers at our discretion. Our shipments do not
require that proof of delivery be obtained from the recipient. Our shipping
carrier will leave your package at the address provided when the order was
placed. Journal entry into the carrier’s tracking website will serve as a final
proof that your package was delivered to you. We will not be responsible for
any misplaced packages after it has been delivered to your specified address.

We do not provide tracking information. If you need tracking
information, please send us an email at [email protected],
requesting this information, with your order number.

We download orders during our regular business hours (M-F 8:30 am-5:30pm,
PST).

Majority of the items displayed on this site will ship within 48
hours.

We do not guarantee that your order will ship on the same day, it
is received by us.

For expedited delivery request, we will process your order, on a
best effort basis, as soon as practical.

On some occasions, your order may be back logged due to inventory
fluctuations. In that case, your order may ship within 5-7 working days.

All items are warehoused, and all orders are processed by our 3^rd
party fulfillment partner.

ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE MADE
WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPMENT ARRIVAL.

No item should be returned without, first obtaining our approval,
in the form of a written Return Material Authorization. No return will be
accepted if the item is not in original wrapped condition. For additional
